One thing to mention here. Many of our friends say that when they comment as google account profile, their comment is not accepted. This is not the case. Actually, I wanted to build my own website since long, but to be frank, I was not knowing how to go about it. I can say that this site is a result of my computer learning process. During second half of 2012, I started obtaining some ideas about scripts used on webpages. Then I collected information about the topic and the available material before me also had this particular information, i.e., how to build your own web pages and all. There were a lot of domains available who are offering free space for personal websites. However, because I had fair idea about Google culture, I decided to use Google sites. Then the process took a good speed. I saw some of the personal websites of many people, and then designed this one.
Making it vivid and colorful as you have suggested, is not very difficult for me now as I have gained control over this. Only thing is I have to sit on it as it will take some time to work. I am not so sure while saying this, but I hope that I will make it more beautiful by this year end.
I once again thank you for your suggestion and I will be surely working on it. Be in touch with this site in future, too.

DeleteConverting pdf to word or to Excel is best done only through paid programs. There are couple of free programs/online converters, but they do not do the job as they have limitations. I have a fine running program at my home (Its name is Nitro) which you can use to convert your pdfs to word or excel, smoothly and reliably.
